As part of the asset lifecycle management process, Powermatics offer a comprehensive preventive repair and maintenance service to ensure continuity of operations and minimum downtime. We are also proud to be an authorised service centre for Danfoss (Sauer-Danfoss) with Danfoss-certified repair facilities for testing hydraulic pumps and motors.
Furthermore, we carry a wide range of rod and barrel materials as well as cylinder parts such as pistons, head glands, and seal kits to provide the best turnaround time for repairs.
With the latest technology, our capabilities include:
- Repairing most, if not all, types of hydraulic pumps, motors, and systems associated with our brand partners
- Fabrication and repair of hydraulic cylinders up to bore size 700 mm
- After-sales and repair services for tail lifts, power packs and hydraulic equipment manufactured by Powermatics

Troubleshoot & repair hydraulic systems for Vibratory Rollers, Roadpavers, Hydraulic Hammers, Vibro-hammers, Hydraulic winches, Marine Cranes, Horizontal Drilling Machines, Concrete Mixers, Hatch Cover, Power Steering, Cargo-crane and etc.
Replace original hydraulic pumps and motors of construction machineries with ours, where complete units or parts are readily available.
Provide After Sales Services and Repair for powerpacks built by Powermatics
Rental
Winches up to 400 tons Line Pull for Anchor Handling / Towing, Tugger, Hoisting applications,
