POWERMATICS HYDRAULICS & ENGINEERING (M) SDN BHD was formed in 1977 with the aim to provide the various industries in Malaysia a source of reliable and comprehensive hydraulic engineering services.

The Company currently produces a wide range of custom-made hydraulic equipment and provides after-sales support with a trading section representing some of the world’s leading brand of hydraulic pumps, motors, control valves, hydrostatic transmissions such as SAUER-SUNDSTRAND, VOAC, ULTRA, BOSCH etc., our customers are assured that we produce and provide good quality products and services of high standard at competitive price level.

To-day, housed in a newly built factory in Bukit Raja, Klang and equipped with modern manufacturing and fabrication facilities, we produce a good selection of custom made hydraulic equipment such as Scissors-Lifts, Dock-Levellers, Tail-Lift, Presses etc. for local and export markets under our own brand name "PHE". With state of the art technology's components, PHE products are designed and manufactured to the safety standard of ANSI, B.S. and JIS, incorporating features of traditional excellence.

In the new millennium, Powermatics will continue to develop more sophisticated equipment incorporating latest hydraulics technology and adds new ideas for improved design based on the principle of customer satisfaction in line with the Company’s policy to become one of the dynamic local market leaders in the hydraulics industry.

Our strong technical know-how and financial capabilities has enabled this Company to undertake jobs from simple system designing, fabrication, installation, to large multi-million dollars turnkey projects. Besides the normal consultancy services, this Company also train site personnel to trouble shoot, service, maintain and overhaul existing mobile or stationary hydraulic equipment in this part of the region.

M a n u f a c t u r i n g I n d u s t r i e s

•	Custom made equipment to suit wide variety of functions, fabrication of hydraulic presses, baler or compactor, scissor lift or goods lifts, dockleveller, etc.
•	Design, fabrication and installation of power-pac system.
•	Trouble-shooting, servicing and maintenance of existing hydraulic equipment.

C o n s t r u c t i o n

•	Servicing of hydraulic system of mobile equipment, inclusive of excavator, road compactor, paver, concrete mixer truck, crane etc.
•	Conversion of oil model and obsolete hydraulic pump or motor to current model.
•	Repair and pressure test hydraulic pumps and motors.
•	Repair and re-built hydraulilc cylinder.

O f f s h o r e O i l E x p l o r a t i o n

•	Provide competent personnel for in-situ trouble-shooting and servicing of winches, cranes, power-system etc.
•	Supplier of world-renowned Gearmatic Winches.
•	Supplier of HYDRAULIC INTERNATIONAL liquid pump, gas booster and air amplifier.

S h i p b u i l d i n g a n d R e p a i r

•	Complete installation and renewal of hydraulic piping, inclusive of flushing, pressure test to IMCO standard.
•	Design, fabrication and installation of winches, valve-actuator and power-pac system.
•	Repair to hydraulic system of hatch cover, power-steering, cargo-crane etc.
•	Overhaul of all makes of hydraulic pumps and motors.
